If you want to read another source document that will open your eyes to the way things operate at township hall, read the complaint just filed in United States District Court in the case of Gilbert vs. Bartniczak, Bostic & Worth Township. Even the townships's own attorney had to admit that proper procedure was not followed in the way in the way Mr. Gilbert was treated! After being chastized by the Judge Lawson for the "ham-handed" way the Paeth case was handled, it sure doesn't look that there were any real lessons learned by those responsible for how things run at the township hall.
